Welcome!
Welcome to Noche Magica 2026, a special evening celebrating 10 years of community impact through the Keep Loreto Magical Foundation.
Below you will find the evening program, auction information, and event activities to help you enjoy every moment of the celebration.
🔨 Auction Updates
Our Online Auction is already underway, and new items are still being added as generous supporters continue to donate experiences, artwork, travel packages, and unique local adventures.
We encourage you to check the auction site regularly so you don’t miss newly added items or bidding opportunities.

📍 Arrival & Welcome
4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Please check in at the Welcome Table when you arrive.
At check-in you can:
• Fill out a name tag
• Pick up or purchase your Paella Dance necklace
• Take photos at the KLM event backdrop
Servers will be offering welcome beverages near the entrance.
🎶 Reception, Music & Silent Auction Opens
5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Enjoy the reception atmosphere as the evening begins.
• Live music by Nelva
• Butler-passed hors d’oeuvres
• Hosted wine, beer, and water
• Browse and begin bidding in the Silent Auction

🎤 Welcome & Opening Program

Join us at the main stage as we celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Keep Loreto Magical.
We will share a brief welcome, recognize special guests, and highlight the impact of the organization over the past decade.

6:00 PM
All guests are invited outdoors for a spectacular drone GROUP PHOTO and celebratory toast.
Please come promptly so everyone can be included.
🍽 Dinner
6:30 PM
Buffet Dining & Homemade Paella by Chef Erik will be served downstairs.
Desserts by Cindy - a tastebud extravaganza.
DJ background music to dine and mingle
You may also continue bidding on Silent Auction items during dinner.

Dance to the music of local band CABA
Heads or Tails Game - Win an In-Home Paella Dinner for 8
When the music starts upstairs, guests wearing a Raffle Necklace (click here to enter the raffle) are invited to participate in a fun “Simon Says” game during the dancing.
🏆 The final participant wins a private paella dinner prepared in their home for eight guests.
Win or lose — you keep the necklace as a souvenir of the evening.
Important notes
• One necklace per person
• Necklace must be worn to participate
• Must be present at the Gala to play and win
• Paella Dinner prize description and conditions.
❓How to Transfer Your Gala E-Ticket to Another Person
When you buy a Sponsorship or General Admission ticket for Noche Magica, you will receive your e-tickets by e-mail from KLM (KeepLoretoMagical.org@gmail.com). If you want to transfer a ticket to a friend or guest, then all you need is their name and e-mail address. Follow the steps below to transfer one or more tickets.
Ticket Transfer Steps:
Find the "Manage Tickets" or “See Tickets” link:
Go to your original E-Ticket email from KeepLoretoMagical.org@gmail.com and click the "Manage Tickets" button, OR
Go to the Noche Magica Auction website at https://klm.auctria.events, then go to the "My Account" menu page and click "See Tickets".
Select the ticket you want and click “Transfer” or “Update”.
Enter the person’s name, email, and phone number.
Click “Transfer Ticket” or "Update Ticket".
You're Done!
Once transferred, your guest will automatically receive their ticket in an email. They can download the ticket to their phone wallet or print it for entry at the front desk.

This year we have three auctions for Noche Magica:
• Online Auction — Open Now — Closes March 09 at 8:00pm
• Silent Auction — Opens 5:00pm during the Gala on March 10 — Closes 7:15pm
• Live Auction — Opens 7:15pm during the Gala on March 10 — Closes 8:00pm

🧭 Online Auction closes Monday, March 9, 2026 at 8:00 PM (Loreto Time).
Because new auction items may still be added, we encourage you to check back frequently and place your bids early.
